The work comprises of two main quotes: “If you thirst for a homeland and seek shelter in its bosom, love it and live it in its mountains and valleys, its flora and fauna…" (Dr. Carmin Yossef, Homeland Plants, A Survey of Their Life, Injuries and Diseases, Yavne Publishers,1956)

By using reproduced paper of the original quote from the book homeland plants, I emphasize the connection between the original text, full of pathos, and the second quotes which reflects a portion of the racism ,fanatical atmosphere in certain social groups in Israel today. surrounded with meticulously crafted glass plants and insects which create a false view of a silent peaceful beauty.
The piece Homeland Plants is now in the collection of the Israel Museum, Jerusalem
